ROTARY SLIP - REGULAR/LONG

"UDT MAKE" Rotary Slips comes in Regular as well as Long sizes. Regular slips are used for standard and shallow wells whereas Long slips are used in deep wells and heavy drilling strings. These are used to handle drill pipes from 2 3/8" to 5 ½"' OD. These are made from alloy steel, fully heat-treated and magnaflux. All steel specifications are certified. The slips are of dovetail construction which eliminates the possibility of losing inserts down the hole. The inserts are designed with a flat back and a tapered retainer holds the insert firmly in its place. The Rotary slips are made as per API 7K specifications and monogrammed.
