NON-ROTATING RUBBER SLEEVE STABILIZERS
FEATURES: "UDT MAKE"  Non-Rotating Stabilizer cuts down damage in the hole as well as in the casing. It is composed of  a 4145 H AISI heat -treated steel mandrel and a sleeve made of a special Elastomer. The notches prevent the sleeve from rotating around the mandrel.
